Mike Pach of 3 Peaks Photography and DarkSky Colorado will discuss tips for photographing the night sky. You’ll learn about great locations here in Colorado, why dark skies are important, gear choices, trip planning and various techniques for capturing great images. Mike will provide information about how to maximize your dark-sky experiences and will also share the stories behind some of his favorite photos.

We will be joining Mike via Zoom in our LTO Warmroom where we do our Star Night presentations. Mike will be able to answer your questions at the conclusion of his presentation.

Following the talk by Mike, the observatory will be open for public viewing through our telescopes, weather permitting.
